Understanding metal grades released by mining exploration companies can be likened to finding your way out of the crystal maze; challenging to say the least. Last week, on 23 September, we observed three companies exploring for nickel that all released grades from drilling programmes. One described its results as “exceptionally high [grade]”, whilst another said that its results were “significantly high grade”, and the other simply said results were “encouraging”. The three companies in question are Kiwara, and African Eagle Resources, both of which are listed on AIM, and Lisungwe, which is quoted on PLUS. So, which one is truly on the nickel?
